Grad School Interests

My interests in grad school have been gaining as much experience in my job field as I can before I graduate. I am finding out that I am interested in conducting organizational research to make better organizations. I am gaining the functional knowledge to do my job properly while at the same time getting the hands on experience that is needed in real world environments.

Intended Job Path

I hope to use my background and experience to get a job in private organizational consulting to reduce organizational problems. I enjoy researching and coming up with different initiatives to combat organizational issues such as turnover, job satisfaction, organizational behavior, organizational culture, organizational commitment, and high performance work practices.
