Michael Aukskalnis: My Undergraduate Achiever Scholarship!

My name is Michael Aukskalnis, I am a sophomore majoring in Chinese, Accounting and Finance at The Ohio State University. I have a passion for studying and learning about business and Chinese language/culture. This scholarship is assisting my family and I to afford out of state tuition. Recieving this scholarship truly shows me that hard work pays off and pushes me to continue to succeed in my studies. The money will be going directly to my tuition and I plan to take the maximum amount of credit hours next semester, while trying to keep my GPA of a 4.0. This scholarship allows me to take time off my part time job and focus more on my studies and pursuing my long term goals. I can’t thank HonorSociety.org enough for this generous scholarship and I plan to continue to be an active member in the future. Apart from my studies in school, I enjoy traveling and have traveled all over China and Japan. I also enjoy reading books pertaining to finance and investing.
