Taking challenges is a large part of my life experiences and something I do with the up-most confidence and full effort. You will find that I am very committed, responsible and communicative character. I am able to assist with solving difficult situations with ease, handle multiple tasks and I need little direction to complete them, foster many friendships regardless of age, and create new ideas to enrich the minds of others. These are the qualities that make me an excellent asset for your organization.
From past experiences and education, I have acquired influential techniques that are needed to uplift students, parents and customers in making difficult choices. My leadership skills are well developed and have allowed me to interact with various ethnic diverse populations and all age groups through my occupations as the vice president of a non-profit organization, president of Victorious Vessels of Praise, a dance ministry I am continuing on Central Michigan University's campus, Diversity and Inclusion Human Resource Intern, Multicultural Advisor on Central Michigan University's campus, Family Social Worker and substitute teacher for a Head Start Program, and a Bereavement Coordinator for hospice. I have also been a Master's in Social Work intern with Big Brother’s Big Sisters, and am currently a Master's in Social Work intern with One Love Global and working as a Caseworker for the Salvation Army.
From all these experiences, I am a motivator and organizer and these skills have permitted me to successfully resolve quandary situations with people using delicacy, thus creating long-term relationships. Teamwork is another skill I have acquired and one I know is necessary for organizational consistency.
