About (Summary)
Hello!
I go by Alli. I am a senior at Towson, completing a dual concentration in Human Resource Management and Leadership Management and plan to graduate Spring 2017. I am very passionate about HRM and am the President of Towson's Society of Human Resource Management Chapter (SHRM). I am also the founder and president of Students Team Up to Fight Hunger Towson University Chapter.
Other than my involvement in school, I am very passionate about health and fitness. I am currently in the process of completing my Personal Training Cert but I am more passionate about nutrition aspects of it versus fitness/working out. I currently hold two internships this summer, one as an HR intern on the top floor of Stephens Hall in the Student Academic and Career Services office. My second internship is at Avon Protection, who is a government contractor in Belcamp, MD. I am beyond excited to take on these experiences.
I also enjoy traveling. I am about to take a two week trip to California to visit my brother in San Fran, then head to LA for the first time ever! Later this summer I have plans to travel to Cabo San Lucas and study abroad in Barcelona January 2017.

I am a Business Administrator Major with a dual concentration in Human Resource Management and Leadership and Management. I have 3 years of Marketing experience in both web and traditional advertising, promotions, events, and campaigns.
Business Development Coordinator for InShape MD- Medical clinic in Harford County:
In this role I am focused on B2B marketing with doctor offices, and other referral partners. I have also done extensive B2C marketing as well. Major accomplishments included, but not limited to, creating a social media and online advertising blog campaign that generated over 20,000 views in one week. You can find my work at:

I will graduate from Towson University Spring 2017 with a Dual Major in Human Resource Management and Leadership and Management concentrations.
I’m working part-time while attending classes full time and taking on a leadership position on the executive board of Towsons SHRM organization as Director of Communications.
